stunning views , but service gaps exist
The thermal pools provided a calming escape that was delightful, while the spacious junior suite offered comfort throughout my stay. The staff were attentive and generally friendly, enhancing the pleasant atmosphere of the property.
Some service policies felt out of place, detracting from the luxury experience.

The thermal pools provided a great chance to relax and rejuvenate. I appreciated the option to enjoy the thermal contrast of hot and cold water. It was nice to spend hours unwinding, especially after a long week of work. The setting felt private, and the surroundings made for a peaceful escape.
The check-in process took longer than expected. The room was not in the best shape, with some maintenance issues. Also, the lack of drinking water in the room felt inconvenient during my stay.

The Junior Suite offers a cozy setup with a beautiful bedroom and a sitting area that opens directly to a personal hot tub. Lush grounds with multiple geothermal hot tubs create a relaxing atmosphere suitable for a nature getaway, all surrounded by stunning mountain scenery.
The setup lacks a proper place to dry swimsuits, as there are no drying lines or bags available, making it inconvenient for guests who want to enjoy the pools. You only get one robe, and if it's wet, you're stuck with it for the duration of your stay, which can be uncomfortable at night when temperatures drop. Housekeeping services may not be provided daily, which was unexpected for what is billed as a luxury hotel experience.

Just a nice choice for resting at all in Manizales with real value for money. The food was surprisingly good, especially the Lomo Vietnamita. Bring your own towels if you're swimming, as they may run out.

Scenic retreat with thermal comfort
We enjoyed peaceful mornings soaking in our private hot tub, surrounded by stunning mountain views. The staff was incredibly friendly and eager to ensure our comfort.
Unfortunately, check-in took an eternity, and the room was lacking key amenities like a hairdryer and hooks for towels. The dining options were good but a bit limited.

Family with kids, beautiful pools but chaos everywhere
The thermal pools were nice, a great way to relax after a long day. We did have some fun moments, like when we managed to snag some robes after a long wait and jumped into those hot waters.
It was quite costly for what we got, especially with all the issues with service.
